If you want to catch the sun, don't run with it, it will always allude you. You must run through the darkness to catch the sunrise. Sometimes we have to make friends with the darkness to fully appreciate the light. It is a choice. It is always a choice.
I notice as I travel my path with Jesus and learn the scriptures again and again.....the dichotomies that exist are many and fascinating. For instance, going through the dark leads you to light, loving others leads you to being loved, giving brings gifts that bless....it is in surrender that we find victory.....going through the fire refines you like gold...somehow these thoughts bring me reassurance.
